Today an article was written about our company Hora da Fome in the Newspaper!
A great manifestation for us all.
It is about our company (online food delivery website), and its innovative Green marketing idea; instead of giving away flyers, which people hardly read and keep, we took the budget money and gave it away to people. We took 2 Reais bills, and put a small recycled post-it paper on it, with a stamp of our logo and slogan. We went out and distributed it to the people on the streets, and we just had an out of the box experience.
It was very shocking for people to receive money like that, out of the blue. There were even people who did not believe it was actual money, and they did not accept, I would say almost 20%. The reactions were so amazing, and unexpected that it was very very much fun to give out money like that.
Now before we knew it, the newspaper contacted us and wrote an article!Love what you do and more than expected will flow to you!Much love!

The Customer Relationship Building Block describes the types of relationships a company establishes with specific Customer Segments. A company should clarify the type of relationship it wants to establish with each Customer Segment. Relationships can range from personal to automated. Customer relationships may be driven by the following motivations:

 

  1. Customer acquisition
  2. Customer retention
  3. Boosting sales (up selling)
  4. While you are filling in you Business Model Canvas make sure to ask yourself these questions:
  • What type of relationship does each of our Customer Segments expect us to establish and maintain with them?
  • Which ones have we established?
  • How costly are they?
  • How are they integrated with the rest of our business model?

The Customer Segments building block defines the different groups of people or organizations an enterprise aims to reach and serve.
An organization must make a conscious decision about which segment to serve and which segments to ignore. Once this decision is made, a business model can be carefully designed around a strong understanding of specific customer needs.
