Being an entrepreneur is more than just having to sell something, be it a physical product or services. The process that a new business owner will have to go through in order for him or her to be successful in their business endeavors can be a long and sometimes troublesome journey. But like what most people who have become successful in global entrepreneurship have to say, running a business is like a game of sport. On this video you will find out the relation between both and how to enjoy the process.

During the hot summer seasons, one of the famous things that people do is none other than to go to the beaches. Beach volleyball is a popular sport played on the beach. Beach volleyball tournaments are held during the hot summer months where people can enjoy both the sun and stay fit. But more than just a game, they say that there’s a connection between beach volleyball and entrepreneurship.
Being an entrepreneur is more than just having to sell something, be it a physical product or services. The process that a new business owner will have to go through in order for him or her to be successful in their business endeavors can be a long and sometimes troublesome journey. But like what most people who have become successful in global entrepreneurship have to say, running a business is like a game of sport.
Entrepreneurs say that there is actually a very close relation between sports and businesses, not to mention that most of the popular sports figures have an inclination to be an advertiser for companies or sometime become a part owner of one. However, in reality, the business world is actually like a sports tournament. Businesses involve players, a set of rules and a playing court.
Like a sports team, even a single owned business still requires teamwork and cooperation between the owner and the entire staff. Everyone must work together and perform their different roles in the company in order for the entire business operation to run smoothly. The quality of the teamwork displayed within the business will greatly affect how the customers will respond to the products or services that are being sold to them. Both in court and businesses, the teams that don’t work together as a whole will eventually lose to their competitors.
It is important that all the members of the team know their different roles and function in the business. This also means that they should have a clear business strategy that they can follow. Coming up with sound business strategies shouldn’t only be the job of the coach or business owner, sometimes the members can share their insights and observations on how the business might be able to improve its performance. The main role of the business owner is to exercise good leadership skills. If something needs to be changed, it is the leader who should first execute the needed change. The example set by the owner of the business is a strong motivation for all the people involved in the business organization.
Like the game of beach volleyball, entrepreneurs should expect that there will always be ups and downs in their business. But always remember that what’s important is that you do what you love and you’re having fun even during the down times. Always go the extra mile and please your customers. Keep in mind that it is not about winning or losing but it is doing what you love the most.

The importance of financial education is not only seen in people who have their own business but also among regular employees or even for those stay at home moms. Knowing how our money works can help us take better control of our personal finances in order for us to afford the things that we want and be financially free. The use of money has evolved over the centuries, people in the past just traded items that they had for the things that they needed. Today, the use of money has become complicated and involved terms such as derivatives, liabilities and balance sheets. If you want to be rich then you need to have a good financial education.
People are asking “how to use financial statement for my personal use?” well the answer is simple. Whenever you want to apply for a loan from your bank, the bank manager would not require you submit your report card from school; instead, your banker would like to see your financial statement. There are three important things that you should understand in your financial statement and these are the cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement.
Many people are still not familiar on what a balance sheet is. For starters, a balance sheet is a statement that shows all your finances for a period of time. If you have a business, the balance sheet will be a summary of all your assets and liabilities. It will give you a snapshot of how your business is utilizing the funds that it receives. To better understand your balance sheet, you must understand the difference between your assets and liabilities. To put it in simple terms, your assets are the things that bring funds into your business and your liabilities are the things that take away your funds. The different kinds of assets include commodities, real estate, business and paper assets. If you want to improve your financial health, you must determine what your assets are and choose what kind of asset will be best for you.
The next item is your income statement. If you’re not familiar with what an income statement is, this is also referred to as a profit and loss statement. This is where you can see your profits and losses for a specific length of time. It can be for a month or even a year. If you have a business, this is where you’ll record your revenues and expenses for the month or year. This can also be used for you to know how much will you pay for your income tax.
Having a good financial education will greatly help you minimize your losses and increase your assets. It can also help you learn ways on how you can lower the taxes by using the tax code for your advantage. Just always remember, that mistakes can always happen, but by educating yourself about money you can avoid some of these risks and learn from your mistakes.

Do you really have an idea who you are?? Don’t you wonder what the purpose of earth is, of YOU,do we really come here, go to school, have some fun here and there, work all our lives and then die and then what, or better said why?
I believe we are sooo much more than we believe, or better said have been told we are. We are programmed to look outside for these answers.If I can see it, touch, and smell it, well that must be me.
We have been fooled so badly,that when the truth comes out ( and it will very soon) a LOT of people will get angry and upset! We are such magnificient beings having a physical experience on earth .We were fooled, manipulated by 1% of the population,that control our media, education,military, government and science.
2012 is the year for these truths to come out. It is not the end of the world, but it is the end of the dark side of the world, that lives of control, greed, jealousy, anger, frustration, depression aka FEAR( False Evidence Appear Real).
Especially now that many many people are awakening to their own Truth, the Cabal/ dark ppl will try even harder to cause fear. Remember that Fear is their oxygen of life, they need you to be in fear.
Their actions and plans are so so EVIL, way beyond any human being could ever imagine.
However we are the 99% and everyday people are awakening to the truth of what has been done to them, and say ENOUGH! This is what is happening all around you, whether you see it or not.
Look forward for PEACE and UNITY for all. Get yourself educated about yourself, your planet, and the real history. These are very very exciting times, once you are aware of where it is going. Otherwise you will see it as chaos and destruction. Because they are not giving up so easily, the old has to come down and make place for the new.
I do not care who you are, what you do, what you have done, on the highest level we are all LOVE!

Contrary to what most people think, it is true that anyone can know how to become an entrepreneur. However, not everyone can be a successful entrepreneur. The low salary and huge pressure that most employees encounter in their work cause many to look for alternative ways to generate income. The recent crisis in the economy has also left a lot of people to lose their jobs and companies also stopped hiring more employees. The lack of employment opportunities is also one factor why people decide to go into having their own business.
There are a lot of schools that offer major and short courses on entrepreneurship. Being an entrepreneur doesn’t require the person to have a doctorate degree on business. Some just become one just by trying things out by themselves. But some who ventures into having their own business ended up losing more what they can afford. This is why it’s important that before you invest your hard earned money into a business venture, you must first understand some principles on how you can better prepare yourself to be a good entrepreneur.
Being an entrepreneur requires you to have certain characteristics that can help you become successful in your business venture. Some of the important traits that you need to develop include patience, determination, analytical and problem solving skills, integrity and ability to interact with other people. Creativity is also a very important characteristic that you need to possess. Successful entrepreneurs never stop thinking about new ideas and ways on how they can add value to the market. They use their creativity so that they can come up with fresh content and be ahead of their competitors. Although you may not have all these traits and characteristics, it doesn’t mean that you can’t be an entrepreneur. These traits can be learned and developed through practice and experience.
Before you invest any amount on your start up business, you must first have a carefully written business plan. A business plan is not only something that you only present to your investors, but this should be a detailed guide on how you plan to go about with your business. This should include how you will come up with your starting capital, suppliers, location, marketing plan, staffing and how you plan to expand your business.
As stated earlier, creativity is one of the most important factors in your business. It is a fact that you can start a business even without any money, but you can’t start any business if you don’t have any business idea. Successful entrepreneurs should be able to come up with their own business idea. If you currently don’t have any idea for your business, then here are some tips on how to choose the best idea for your business. One effective way is through research. Find out things that can help others like your family, friends or co-workers. Know what they need and help them address it. In every business, you must never forget to give back. Even in business, it is still true that you get more when you give more.
